1. Introduction and Acceptance

This agreement is entered into between bd350 and any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the platform in any capacity. By creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.

bd350 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified via a site-wide notice or email. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use bd350, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Gambling is strictly for adults aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited.
• You must register with accurate personal details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You may not hold more than one active account on bd350. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Verification

When creating your bd350 account, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid email address, date of birth, and a current mobile number. • Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. bd350 may also request proof of address or payment method ownership.
• Until KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. bd350 will process verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• bd350 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that fails to complete verification or is found to have provided falsified documentation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bd350 supports fast and secure transactions through leading Bangladesh payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as international card payments via Visa and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. bd350 does not accept third-party payments. The account holder's name must match the payment method registered on their account. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to verification status. Any withdrawal that triggers an additional compliance review may take longer.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

• User-generated content posted on bd350 must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration, in accordance with the procedures and rules determined by bd350. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. bd350's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
